Grilled Onion Relish
Ingredients:

medium onions (about 1-1/2 pounds) | |

cup chopped parsley | |

teaspoon minced garlic | |

cup tomato juice | |

teaspoon red chili flakes |
Directions:
Skin and trim onions. Thickly slice and grill over medium-hot coals until tender. Remove onion slices from grill with spatula. Chop grilled onion on cutting board then mix with other ingredients. Serve with grilled burgers. Makes 6 servings.
