2016 Harvest Share Food Box Registration Form

Things to Know before Registering:

  1. Please ensure you send your first instalment to Carron Farms Ltd. as soon as possible after sending in your registration.
  2. We accept cash, cheque, and Interac-E-Transfer.  We do not accept any credit or debit cards at this time.
  3. If you are paying by cheque feel free to submit a post-dated cheque for your second instalment.
  4. If you are paying by e-transfer please use harvest as the code word. If you choose your own please email us the code.
  5. Please ensure you fill out the form completely especially your contact information, box size, delivery option etc.
  6. Ensure that you fill out the Captcha at the bottom of the registration form or it will not be submitted to us.
  7. After you click register if you are not automatically redirected to the HSFB Confirmation page we will not have received your form.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email once it has properly been submitted.  If you did not receive the email please check your junk mail and if you did not receive one please call to confirm we received your registration form.
  9. Ensure that you add harvestshare@carronfarms.ca and website@carronfarms.ca as safe senders to your email accounts as our group emails tend to get filtered to junk mail.

Aurora/Newmarket Depot: Free Service, Thursdays 5:00pm - 7:00pm
On Farm Pick-Up: at our location in the Holland Marsh, Free Service
Group Delivery: Rates determined by # of participants* as long as you live in a delivery zone
Payment Information: Pay in Full or Two Instalments
Cash- Please make arrangements to come to office to pay for the program
Cheque - Please make payable to Carron Farms Limited and make appointment to drop off at the office or send via mail
Interac-E-Transfer - Please call or email office for code word.

If sending your registration form via email or fax, please send your payments via regular mail immediately. Payment is due when you register so please forward your payment immediately.
