A Personal Size Box at $20 per week for 20 weeks totals $400.00 which can be made in two payments of $200.00 each. (If choosing Home Delivery, two payments of $270.00 each.) A Family Size Box will cost $28 per week for 20 weeks totaling $560.00 which can be made in two payments of $280.00 each. (If choosing Home Delivery, two payments of $350.00 each.)

Payment: 1/2 of payment due upon registration. Must be received on or before June 15th, 2012 to start the program on time. We cannot start anyone on the program until the first instalment is received. Remainder of payment, second instalment, due on July 26, 2012 We currently accept cash or cheque for payment options. If you wish to send in a post-dated cheque for the final installment along with your registration form and initial payment please feel free to do so. Payments can be made by cash or cheque made payable to Carron Farms Limited and sent to: Attn: Harvest Share Food Box Carron Farms Ltd. 819 Canal Road Bradford, Ontario L3Z 2A6 Completed Registration forms can be mailed to the address indicated above or faxed to 905-775-2906 or email to harvestshare@carronfarms.ca. Please ensure that the first instalment accompanies your registration form. If sending your registration form via email or fax, please send the first instalment via regular mail immediately. The first instalment must be received on or before June 15th, 2012.
