Harvest Green Vegetables and fruits are abundant in antioxidants. This group contains phytochemicals such as lutien, flavonoids and caroteniods. The brassica group(broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, etc.) include sulphur compounds and indoles which have extra benefits. There are significant amounts of other nutrients like fibre, folate, B group vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin K, and minerals including iron, potassium and calcium. As we strive for a green planet also strive to have at least three servings of Harvest Green items daily.
